Random Nostalgia: The Best Childrens Books

Don't ask me why I decided to post this lol, sometimes I just go on random nostalgic tangents... I saw the cover to the book "A Snowy Day" while browsing online and it brought back so many memories I started going into a google search frenzy! Anyways here are some of those old books I remember as a kid... Do you remember any of these??? Browsing through these images gives me crazy flashbacks lol... I'm gunna keep adding more as I can remember them...

I remember the Imagery most about this book, I don't even remember what it was about. But the artwork was so ill I used to just love the way the pictures looked. I remember wanting a red snow suit like the kid had in the book lol. Also i read somewhere this was the first children's book with a black main charictor.

Another one i can't remember much about, but I remember he sold caps.. and they were different colors lol. That is all.

Illest concept ever??? A boy who could draw whatever he wanted with a crayon and have it come to life. This book almost made me mad because I would fantasise about all the shit I would do if i were him and get frustrated that reality would not allow it lol. Then again, it sort of does! If you really think about it... It's just not quite that instant of a manifestation!

This classic needs to description. Click here for more

X-Entertainment (the best nostalgic site on earth) has a ill description of this book so I'll just link you to it rather thsn try to rwrite it.. But I 100% agree with what they were sayin, its classic.

Was this a popup book? I think so lol You opened up stuff looking for this dog.. Yea.. It was fun.. I think thats how it went lolol I could be way off though.

This book was a little later on but the concept was everything this kid touched turned to chocolate from his toothpaste to his mom LOL awesome.

As a chubby kid I loved this book, this big fat ass monster just ran around demanding that humans feed him all sorts of differnt foods in massive amounts. LOL some real fat kid shit... great though. Oh and he had a speech impediment too.
